I think even in Italy, there are so called museum, eg. Museum of Leonardo da Vinci blah blah blah, and I do believe 50% are private run and fake…..I mean not officially and not really offer the museum value! Good sharing!

I didn’t used taxis, every time I had to go on a longer distance I used Uber. I was also lucky to have local friends who recommended great restaurants. Good to know about these common scams though.

I did that when I was in Prague and that worked. Thanks for the heads up on the other scams. It is sad that there are so many that a tourist has to watch out for.
